THE FORMATION OF MUSIC TEACHER’S-TO-BE READINESS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY ON THE GROUND OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT PARADIGM

The article determines a concept of readiness, types of readiness, components and approaches to achieve readiness of a music teacher to be engaged in professional activity. The investigation is based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature. The author substantiates urgency of the problem of professional pedagogical orientation of a future specialist. The article expands on the paradigm of pedagogical support, its realization and meaning in the process of formation of pedagogical orientation of prospective music teachers.
